This is one of my favorite drinks, specially in winter.
4 cups of filter water 2 cinnamon sticks (2-3 inches long) 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder 5 whole cloves (optional) Stevia Plus to taste (add separately when serving) Bring the water to boil, add the cinnamon sticks and clove. Simmer for 5 minutes or until the water has a dark amber color. Serving suggestion: garnish with a fresh stick of cinnamon. Add Stevia to taste. It gets better the longer the cinnamon stays in the water. [ ] Enjoy! |
