Congrats on your progress so far!
I am not sure what a breakfast bar is – do you mean sort of like a cereal bar? Or a meal replacement bar?
I would bake a batch of Charli's Sweet Flax Crackers (scroll down) or Raspberry "Cookies", which are P1-friendly but might just hit the spot if you are craving something sweet and fruity.
Browse the P1 recipe section for lots of ideas on how to enjoy some great dishes while staying on plan, so you keep losing pounds and inches!

You are doing great!! So glad you are letting us in on your success so we can cheer you on!. Elisa has given you some yummy choices. I can't wait to make the Sweet flax crackers myself. The Raspberry cookies are good too, especially because you are getting some protein. Regularly eating protein is one of the keys to keep the weight melting off.
