Hello!
I am a newbie and am confused by the supplements. I was turned on to this diet by my lovely aunt that has had much success. She helped me with what to buy.
I bought-
CLA (conjugated linoleic acid blend) at Trader Joes- 1000 mg per pill
Oil of Evening Primrose at Trader Joes- 1000 mg per pill
But, in the book suggests GLA supplements of 90 mg per capsule (two a time two times daily)- 360 mg
Right now in Phase 1 I am taking 1 CLA and 1 Primrose per meal ( three times daily of each)
the math makes it seem like too much but I am confused as to what the CLA and Primrose are relative to the GLA she is talking about in the book.
I hope someone can help!
