    Default Any good smoothie recipes?

I see that people are having smoothies. I never did that the first time I did this detox. Are there any good recipes? Thanks!

If you have the Fat Flush Whey Protein, smoothies are a great option! On Fast Track, you can also use plain greek yogurt as your protein source. Here's the basic recipe:

1 cup fresh or frozen berries
1 scoop Fat Flush Whey Protein - or - 1 cup plain greek yogurt
    1 tbs flaxseed oil
    1 cup cranwater
1-2 tbs of chia seeds or ground flax seeds

add ice or approved veggies to your hearts desire! I also like to add a scoop of Flora-Key to help my digestion and immune system.

    Hi Wendy,

Kayci is following Fast Track and plain yogurt is allowed if desired.
