    Linda - Enjoy the pool! Remember that you can work it hard in the water without damaging your knee. Yes it is possible to work up a sweat while you are doing water exercises. Sorry to hear the injections didn't work - yet. Holding out hope that it's just a yet.

    Gotta go look up the tides and see when I can get to the water this week. Seems like I need to do weekends and early week days, and then Thurs/fri/sat are totally booked with other things.

    Gonna try the recumbent bike again. Quit riding when my legs would go numb, but hoping that the missing 21 pounds might influence that a bit.

    Hi Amber,
    I've been unavailable for a short while, but was catching up reading through the posts and am seeing it looks like you've been here before. I'm in western Washington and it looks like our goals are similar. It'll be nice tracking with you. I'm starting a weight training regimen today.
