Some getting started questions...
Hi, I'm on day 2 and have a few questions about food....how are egg whites considered? Do they count the same as whole eggs or just count towards my 8oz protein per day? And what about non dairy milks or creamers, if they are unsweetened? Just wondering. Thanks!

I'm pretty sure the non dairy milks and creamers are off limits - even unsweetened.
No regular milk is on the plan, and your liver won't want all the chemicals in the non dairy stuff.
A lot of folks just use some whey in their coffee.

Wendy is correct – the Fat Flush Plan focuses on clean, unprocessed foods, so most packaged foods, drinks and condiments aren;t included, because they tend to contain sweeteners, artificial flavors and other additives that just contribute to clogging up the liver, which is exactly what we are trying to avoid. We want our livers to be unclogged and able to rid itself of the junk so it can help us shed that extra layer of fat, as Ann Louise explains on p. 12-20 of the FFP book.
As for the eggs, yes, the plan includes up to two whole eggs a day, but no extra egg whites. For your 8 ounces of protein you can choose from anything listed under "lean protein" on page 54 of the FFP book, or for an even more detailed list, you can check out the Fat Flush Journal and Shopping Guide, which is great to jot down your food and exercise while on the plan, to track your progress, and to take with you when you go grocery shopping.
You will likely find yourself referring to the book again and again on the program, and that's a good thing: it will help you understand the plan better and better, which I have personally found to be a great motivator when faced with temptation! It's much easier to follow a plan that makes sense to you, and when you truly understand how it works.
Even now, years after reading the book the first time, I still refer to it constantly! My original book is all highlighted and falling apart so I got myself a second, softcover copy... but I keep going back to my lovely first copy.
