The Living Beauty Detox Program vs Fat Flush for Life
I just finished reading Ann Louise's "The Living Beauty Detox Program" and I thoroughly enjoyed, wanting to implement the seasonal detox. I have not read FFFL, but it seems to also have a seasonal detox. Does FFFL replace LBDP? Or are they different?
Not having read (gasp) The Living Beauty Detox Program, I'm speculating here; FFFL is a comprehensive guide incorporating many of Dr. ALG's philosophies: detox, supporting homeopathic remedies, weight loss, exercise, etc., all presented with her newest take on the latest research.

I think Living Beauty Detox served as a building block for FF4Life as Dr. Ann Louise was able to embrace its principles. While it's a fabulous book on its own, now that we have FF4L I would use it to take advantage of the most updated info on foods, supplements. exercises and wellness tips. I would still refer back to LBT for info that may not be covered in FF4L...but for my food supplement and exercise plan, I'd go with FF4L.
Just my 2 cents!
I first became acquainted with Dr. Ann Louise through her Living Beauty Detox Book and have been implimenting her Fat Flush and other programs for years. I agree with Janine and Linda that Fat Flush for Life will give you the benefits of Dr. Ann Louise's most recent research and knowledge.
