    I did not flip them - they baked to a perfect crunch on the parchment paper.

    Will have to pay attention to portions...but when they pulled out the cookies and chips this weekend, I didn't care about portions - I was just happy I was within my eating plan as I ate crackers.

    Did learn the necessity of a 'teeth check' - lol!

    Good Stuff.

    More flavor ideas:

    Cinnamon Apples: (Phase 3)
    Add 8oz of organic unsweetened applesauce and 2T of cinnamon or to taste.

    Italian Style: (Phase 3)
    Add 8oz low sodium tomato sauce and add 1T oregano, sweet basil, 1/2 T thyme and garlic.


    Make the flax crackers plain and spread out a little thicker on sheet.
    Drying time will increase with this one.
    Then, take your favorite dipping sauce, like a salsa or other kind of sauce to dip the crackers in.

    I will post more ideas when I get to it.
    I was thinking about pumpkin spice crackers.
