Hello, again. I figured since I did so well last time I tried the Shakedown (over a year ago) that I would come on back for another round. Day 1 today, and I forgot how filling the shakes are. I plan on doing the 4 weeks however, I'm at a go with out supplements because I'm broke. But I figure the principal of the diet will hopefully lead to a loss, albeit probably not huge.
So here's to day 1. Looking forward to my chicken when I get home tonight!
