Default Has Anyone Tried or Used Rice Shreds Cheese Substitute?

Saw Rice Shreds Mozzerella... rice cheese substitute in the local Health Food store...NO gluten, NO cholesterol, NO soy, NO trans-fats, NO sugar, nothing I couldn't pronounce, etc. It is not fat free and it does have casein, a milk protien, but then again so does whey which is in our shakes. It has inactive yeast, which I checked, and like Nutritional yeast, is an inactive yeast that does NOT cause problems with feeding Candida. Only 3gms carbs,70 calories for 1/3 cup. Guy there said it's actually good so I bought it to try on my eggs. Not bad at all!!!

Can't say I have...I will take a look for it when I'm out shopping.

As we have no experience with the product, I can't tell you that it's Fat Flush Friendly. That said, if it contains only ingredients found in P3, (rice for sure is not included in Phases 1 and 2), I would recommend experimenting with it occasionally to see how you do.

    Hope this helps,
