Thread: Stevia Plus

    Default Stevia Plus

I'm getting ready to start the Fat Flush Plan. Before I go shopping, can I use Truvia or PureVia instead of Stevia Plus? They are both made from Stevia extract.
    Thanks

Those both contain sugar alcohols or artificial sweeteners, which are not permitted or recommended on Fat Flush. Sweetleaf is the only one I know of that does not contain those!

Agreed...lots of stores now carry the Sweet Leaf brand and I believe it can also be ordered through Uni Key.
