    Default whey vs. body protein

    I finished the SS using the body protein. Now I am moving on to phase 2 and I was wondering about everyone's thoughts in the difference in the body protein and the whey. I was considering trying the whey just to see what I thought about the taste but I didn't know if there was any benefit in using one over the other if you are not vegetarian? Thanks

    I like them both.
    The body protein keeps you fuller longer than the whey protein.
    But, the whey protein is smoother in texture.

    Both are great!

    Go ahead and give the FF whey a try. Chances are that you'll love it!

    I often mix the Body Protein and the FF whey in my smoothies - creamy, delicious and satisfying!

    I do combine whey and Body Protein too. The whey does have a slightly different balance of amino acids, which I like. It is especially good for building lean muscle and for helping the immune system.

    Ditto for me...have been doing this ever since the Body Protein came out a few years back.

    You might also want to do a search here on the Forum as others have chimed in on this topic. Also, check out Dr. Ann Louise's blogs as she has written about the benefits of both..

    Congrats on moving to phase 2! Definitely try the whey. I agree with Birdlady, it has a smoother texture. I use both. I use the body protein when I know I'll need to stay full for a longer time. Hope this helps.
