Work Out Log 9/24-9/30
Looking back to last week I got all my cardio in but fell short a yoga and my body feels it. Hoping to do better this week but it's looking like a busy on; I have a group of friends in town for the week.
Tuesday-walked 34 minutes. + 1 hr yard work
Thursday- cleaned 3 hours, counting as 40 minutes

Hey Janine! thought I would pop in here, seeings as I started a real work out routine! I've been doing P90X for 16 days now Following P3 to keep up with my caloric needs- things are working perfectly and I'm seeing major results already.
Last night was 'Chest and Back' with 'Ab Ripper X'. I did a few more pushups than last time and with much better form!
Tonight will be plyometrics, which is a pretty intense workout! I'll be dripping sweat by the end!
My daughter loves P90X! She lost a lot of weight and really toned using it. I think she made it for over a month then fell off the routine due to a back injury (unrelated). She excited to be about ready to get back on it. I'm chicken, LOL. Sounds like a butt kicker to me.
It's definitely a butt kicker! haha What's nice is you can choose to modify the moves, do fewer reps, less weight, etc so that you can really start at any stage of fitness and work your way up. I'm already noticing results after two weeks, so I'm excited! Tonight is Shoulders and Biceps & Ab Ripper X. Last night was plyometrics, which was really hard for me mentally haha, but I did it!
Looking back on my week I did very poorly. I had friends in town for the week but it's no excuse, gonna try harder this week!
