New week!
Looking back to last week I got all my cardio in but fell short a yoga and my body feels it. Hoping to do better this week but it's looking like a busy on; I have a group of friends in town for the week.
Monday-
Tuesday-walked 34 minutes. + 1 hr yard work
Wednesday-
Thursday- cleaned 3 hours, counting as 40 minutes
Friday-
Saturday-
Sunday

Following P3 to keep up with my caloric needs- things are working perfectly and I'm seeing major results already.
What's nice is you can choose to modify the moves, do fewer reps, less weight, etc so that you can really start at any stage of fitness and work your way up. I'm already noticing results after two weeks, so I'm excited! Tonight is Shoulders and Biceps & Ab Ripper X. Last night was plyometrics, which was really hard for me mentally haha, but I did it!
