Default HELP............can someone help me with the ratio to cranberry/water

I am suffering from such brain fog these last two days. I have made two significant errors at work and I am the kind of person who prides themselves on not making mistakes and checking my work. Oh well, at least I caught them. I am on day 5, week 1 on phase 1.

I have a 1 quart container = 128 ounces. How many ounces of Knudsen "Just Cranberry" juice would I add to make the right mixture for this stage on FF. I have been pouring two cups into the container and then filling with filtered water.
    Is this correct???

Hi! Don't worry about brain fog... (well not too much). Not sure what program you are on, but AGL's programs do help detox your liver. Brain fog is common and will clear up. It's all apart of detoxing your liver.

    Now, 128 oz = a gallon of water. A quart = 32oz.
For me, I buy the 8oz concentrated Cranberry juice from Knudsen and I add 1/2 oz to a quart. I have also added up to 1 oz per quart.
With the Just Cranberry jar (32oz) I have always used 4oz or 1/2 Cup of juice with 28oz of water. This is nice, because one 32oz jar makes 8-32oz jars of cranberry juice, costing about $1.25 a bottle.

So, if you are using a gallon (128oz) container, then 2 cups of Just Cranberry would be correct and should last you for 2 days. I think 64oz is recommended for one day of cranberry juice, or 2 quarts.

This is how I measure. Someone else may do differently. I hope this helps!

thank you for verifying this for me. I have also been having such terrible pains in my legs (no sleep at night-it hurts so much) that I was just making sure I was not overdoing the cranberry ratio when I drink the cranwater. I drink my 64 ounces a day and plan to drink more filtered water as well. I am going to purchase magnesium today and hope that will help.

So sorry to hear about your leg pain. The magnesium should help.
