    Default terrible leg pain

I am on day 4 of phase 1 and experiencing terrible pain in my thighs all day. I am taking the supplements in the fat flush kit and drinking the cranwater. Any suggestions?

Hi there. What you're experiencing is a typical detox symptom that we hear about often. It tends to make its appearance around day three or four and usually lasts just a day or two. You are doing a great job continuing your supplements and the cranwater. If the discomfort continues, you can find relief by taking magnesium tablets from your local drug, grocery or health food store. Experiment with a dosage of 400 mg - 1200 mg to find which works best for you. Magnesium is wonderful to have on hand for all aches and pains and you can use it to replace Tylenol, aspirin, etc.

I have been taking the magnesium and am free of the debilitating leg pain. Thanks you for answering my post and providing your excellent advise. I was at the point to give it all up............... all those bottles of cranberry juice were going to make some lovely cosmopolitan cocktails this past weekend...........but no, I persevered and am so glad I did.
Now onto Week 2 of the FF plan.

So glad the magnesium is working for you. UNIKEY also has Magnesium 400 which gives you 400 mg in one capsule. People say it works better than other magnesium supplements they have tried.
