    Question Mustard/Dijon Mustard?

Is there a limit to the amount of mustard or dijon mustard I can use in a day. Such as 1 tbsp per day?

Welcome to the Forum! It is dried mustard that is the one to use. It is only the spice without anything else. I can't think of a reason why there would be a limit on it. All of the spices are chosen for the beneficial effects.

    Hi Kathy,

    Welcome to the Forum!

As Liz said, dried mustard may be used as desired in all phases. Dijon mustard comes into play into phases 2 and 3...I'd say no more than a teaspoon/day because as Liz said, most do have additives such as salt, sugar and preservatives. As ingredients do change, check labels carefully for acceptable products. Last I looked, Westbrae and Annie's offered the "cleanest" Dijon's.

    Hope this helps,
