I take a little bit (2 tsp) of the herbal dijon vinagrette and add a hard boiled egg. Mash it all together to make egg salad and then spread it on half of a red bell pepper. Delish and very easy. I make it at work almost every day. I mix up the veggies, sometimes spreading it on slices of zuchini or on celery. Try it...you will LOVE it!
