Default Unsweetened cranberry juice for making smoothies during fast track? How bout bananas?

Can i use Unsweetened cranberry juice for making smoothies during fast track? Also, is it ok to eat bananas? I noticed under the detox detractors that it says no mold from melons and bananas. I didnt know if that was no to the mold only, or a total NO for any bananas at all. What about excercizing? Can i still excercise if i am feeling ok to do so. Obviously, i wouldnt attempt to excercize on my fasting day. I start tomorrow! So excited!

Sorry! Been gone for awhile.... How's the program going for you? I did the Fast Track and now am doing the Smoothie Shakedown.
I didn't really use the cranberry juice for smooties when I did Fast Track, but I did drink the cran water during the day so I don't see why it would hurt...
I stayed away from the bananas just cause they are carb-ier than the other choices as well as the mold thing.
I would walk for 20 min a day while I did it except the fast day. I did feel a bit tired after the 20 min which was the detox since before I started the Fast Track I was doing a Bootcamp program 3 times a week as well as doing the Couch to 5k 3 times a week!
Hope to hear how it is going! I did not like the Miracle Juice at all but I do think it worked.

The pure unsweetened cranberry juice is definitely okay! I would stay away from bananas tho. Light activity should be fine, just don't over exert yourself, or like you said work out on the fast day

Thank u both for ur replies! I did stay away from bananas and also heavy exercise. I was pretty toxic I think, so the toxins must have made me more sluggish. I have been doing great. Today was my last day. I'm excited to weigh myself to get the final results in the morning, but so far have lost ten lbs! Who hoo! I'm noticing my body odor has been extremely foul, more than usual...smelling like a man when I get back from a brisk walk! Is that common?

That's great, Trish! Well done on sticking with it, and congrats on the 10 pounds lost!

Yes, it is normal to feel tired and for your sweat to be a tad more... ehm... "pungent" while detoxing

Daily rebounding helps support detoxing by activating the lymphatic system, and drinking plenty of pure, filtered water helps support the expulsions of the nasty toxins as well. The rule of thumb is: drink 1/2 your body weight in ounces of water.

Have you given any thought to what you plan to do after you are done with Fast Track?
