Can i use Unsweetened cranberry juice for making smoothies during fast track? Also, is it ok to eat bananas? I noticed under the detox detractors that it says no mold from melons and bananas. I didnt know if that was no to the mold only, or a total NO for any bananas at all. What about excercizing? Can i still excercise if i am feeling ok to do so. Obviously, i wouldnt attempt to excercize on my fasting day. I start tomorrow! So excited!![]()
