Wow this forum has come a long way with all the bells and whistles since the last time I participated here. I was active a bit in the forums a long time ago under a different screenname which I will likely never rememberAnyway, I decided to get active in the forums to stay connected to the program while I venture into this two smoothie a day program for the next two weeks.
I started with a shake last night because I simply COULD NOT wait, you know how it is, when you are ready, you are just READY!!So, today I've had smoothies for my first two meals and I am taking the supplements that came in the Fat Flush Kit and I'm drinking my cranwater which I have always loved and I am really REALLY looking forward to a healthy dinner. I went out and bought some lean meats and fresh veggies so that I can cook one of the great recipes that comes with the Smoothie Shakedown guide.
I DO remember how my skin glowed from the flaxseed oil and the constant drinking of the cranwater! I have always continued to have flaxseed meal, flaxseed oil and 100% cranberry juice in my house ever since I read the first Fat Flush Plan book by Ann Louise. I'm looking forward to getting myself "cleaned out" and getting back on the straight and narrow with healthy eating. I work in marketing and outside sales and it has taken a toll on me with all the luncheons and eating out and networking with food an alcohol. I miss my glowing skin and I miss feeling terrific so I'm back with the Smoothie Shakedown plan to make something happen with my health and my body.
I plan to go to the gym and do at least 30 minutes on the treadmill today! So far I feel great, I hope it continues that way!
