    Default Phase 2 In It to Win It!

    Greetings!
    I'm on Phase 2 and have been for a few weeks after doing the Smoothie Shakedown. My body is trying to go through menapause so the weight isn't flying off like it used to...rats. But I am loosing (down 10lbs) and I'm feeling good.

    I'm in school (nursing) so the isn't much time for a whole lot of posting, but I want to use this thread as a place to keep myself motivated and get support and hopefully I can support other people who are making this journey. It may take me a long time to lose the 48lbs I have left but this is it, I'm ready to do this. Now more than ever it is obvious that it is time to do everything I can to support my health. I believe with all my heart that Fat Flush Phase 2 is the very best plan for me.

    This morning I got too distracted and accidentally poured the whole cup of undiluted cranberry in my smoothie....aaah!
    Oh well... perfect as possible.
    I'd like to give a quick shout out to MadeForMore(Jai) - I'm still here plugging along!

    Hi Robin! Happy you are here with the rest of us loosers!
    Happy to see 10 big ones gone! That's a decade!
    I am post menopausal and since my mid life crisis hit, it all went to my mid-section.
    I call it my mid-life-mid-section crisis! But, with FFP and being good to our liver, we can get the job done!
    I lost 10 pounds too, but notice the inches more! That's cool!
    Not ready to go closet shopping yet, but I hope to in about a month!

    Sounds great ladies!!

    I recently started P90X to tone my body, and I'm following between p2 and p3 (depending on how strenuous the workout is that day). I'm also tired of thinking and ready for doing!!

    Here are a couple motivating quotes for us:

    Hey!
    Good to hear you're stilling plugging along. So am I.
    I haven't been on as much either. Life gets in the way of a lot of things I'd rather be doing!
    Today is day 30 for me on the SS. I'll be transitioning to FFPII tomorrow.
    Check in when you can, I'd love to hear how you're doing.
