Is there any harm in adding stevia? I read not to add it, but if it's the allowed sweetener why not? It is so bitter to drink this all day and I only want to add a small amount to take the bite away. I know you suggest diluteing it more, but that's just more fluids i have to drink to finish all the cran. I have been trying to read the forum before asking, but life has me so busy it's hard to find the time. Thankyou so much for your help.
Also can I do the hot water and lemon in dandelion tea?
It may seem far fetched now, but within just a couple days of drinking the cran water, you will adjust to the tartness and start to crave it. My personal opinion would be that its better to drink a more dilute version that is not sweetened, even if you can't make the full amount at this time. You will get there- trust me!
The hot lemon water really should be on it's own- no sweeteners and no tea. The properties of the plain lemon do some amazing things for our livers and our digestive tracts, and adding extra stuff interferes with those processes.
And, if you're doing smoothies with flax, you do not need to do the LLC with flax. Conversely, if you would like to do the LLC with flax, and no flax in the smoothie, that would be fine too
Thankyou Suerra! I have sucked it up the last 2 days and added no stevia . I have not started the shakedown yet, but ordered my supplements yesterday. Everything but the adrenal formula. I don't really lack energy, but may revisit the idea of trying it after the flush . Also I have always liked the sun warrior veggie protein product. My friend sells it and gives me a great deal. It seems very much the same as the body protein so I hope this will be okay. Can't wait to start!
