    Default Trampoline vs rebounder

Are these 2 things the same? Will a cheap trampoline from Walmart do? I am spending so much on supplements my husband will think I am crazy if I ask for a expensive rebounder. Thankyou for your help

Hi Shannon Yes, a rebounder is a mini trampoline, and while there are reasons to splurge on a nice one, the basic up and down motion is all you need for it to be effective! So the walmart version should work fine for you

    Hi Shannon,
I have both types - the 'expensive' one and the Walmart one. The 'expensive' one is a few inches larger in diameter and has a little bit softer bounce. The one from Walmart easily folds in half and the legs twist off to fit in my car for travel.

Like Sue said, it's the motion you want not necessarily the frills. Either one will do the job.

I bought one quite a few years ago, I think a Reebok. I paid about $40 for it. I am happy with it. It folds in half and the legs screw off. It's not like you're gonna jump sky high on it. It's great even if you do little mini bounces, or jog on it. Besides, I like Walmart! :0)
