Just Started Today

Hi,

I just started the Smoothie Shakedown today and am excited so far that I am not hungry! I have over 50 pounds to lose so I plan on doing it for 4 weeks. Wish me luck!

my 2nd day was better. my headache was mostly gone but I was somewhat tired. A very good thing I noticed was my heat intolerance - which i suffered from for many years - has gone away literally overnight. I am shocked as I thought this was just something I had to endure. Who would have known that it could be remedied so quickly. I feel a big part of that is the flaxseed and oil. I am feeling good and hope to keep this feeling throughout. Thanks for the encouragement!
