    Hello Canaceiva,

What you are experiencing are very common symptoms of detox. Here is link that has great information about the benefits. http://www.annlouiseforum.com/showthread.php?t=13006

Be sure you are taking it easy (mild exercise is allowed and can help move the toxins out), do your rebounding and be sure to take the GLA and WLF to open up those detox pathways.

Keep us posted on your progress!

One more questions. I have been on phase 1 for 4 weeks. When will the headaches start to slow down. should I move to phase 3?

Hello Candaceiva - and welcome to the Forum!

Phase 1 should be followed for only TWO weeks (four is okayed if more than 25 pounds are to be lost, but is generally "discouraged"). This could be the reason for your headaches, so get on over to Phase 2! It's the weight-loss phase, so you'll still lose weight!

Another question....sorry. I've been reading Fat Flush for life since I did the Classic Fat Flush 10 yrs ago. Can I go from Phase 1 Classic to the Autumn program for life? Will I still lose ? OR should I finish Phase 2 and Phase 3 of classic THEN go to fat flush for life. I need to lose 10-15 more pounds. Lost 10 on Phase 1. Thanks for the advice in advance!!!

    Hi Candaceiva!

Congrats on the 10 pounds lost and on 4 good weeks on Fat Flush!

I second Tink's recommendation to move to Phase 2 of the classic FFP. FF4L is an absolutely fantastic program, but you might find it tricky to transition to the current season and keep losing. In P2 however the transition is perfectly designed to be gradual and keep you losing weight and inches. Once you move to P3, FF4L will make a fantastic long-term maintenance program!

Those are great articles on detoxing and symptoms.
Even tho I feel better, I still get headaches and feel lethargic at times.
I just listen to my body and spend the day doing nothing or as little as possible.
Within a day or two, I am energetic again.
I know I am a walking wasteland with serious candida issues, and all this cycling detox issues I know are to benefit me in the long run.
Too many times I have quit while detoxing and gone back to my old habits.
Not anymore. I will "tuff-out" my detoxing.

O, BTW - I did Phase 1 of FFP for three weeks then on to Phase 2. I have lots to loose, but this was great for me.
I hope to move to FF4L when I loose 75 pounds or more.

Hang in there Candaceiva you will feel better! Guaranteed!

Wendy, feel free to add a pinch of salt to meals when you are feeling low on energy (Do you have low blood pressure?). You can also add in an extra smoothie on those days.

Thanks for the tip! I have normal BP ~ last checked it was 127/68. But, the extra smoothie may just be the ticket! Thank you!
(I am also taking adrenal supplements - just hard to remember to take 3x's daily)

    Your very welcome!

I know it is better to take the adrenal formula at the adrenal times but I just couldn't remember to take them so I started taking them with my meals and all the other supplements. I figure it's better to get them in at "not optimum" times versus not gettting them in at all. Could they be more effective- probably but I am still reaping the benefits.

Also, to add to the benefits, I've started deep-breathing exercises. I do them at random times throughout the day and it has really helped reducing my stress levels. Give it a try!
