Day 4 and actually doing pretty good. I don't believe in weighing every day so will probably weigh tomorrow. So have no idea if I have lost any weight. But feels like it. Keeping it simple. Not trying to be too creative.
But here is my question. I always drink a lot of water but I can sure get it down even more if it has a flavor. I will drink water with just lemon or lime but if it is a little sweet I will drink gallons. So my question is this. If stevia is in the smoothie powder is it okay to use additional stevia throughout the day in my water. I have a lime tree in my backyard loaded with delicious juicy limes. I have a small bottle of the Stevita liquid extract stevia. (stevia and bertoni (leaves))
Please let me know because I have also been putting a few drops into my cran water and it is so good that way.
