    Default Excited to start

Hello, a friend told me about the fat flush and I immediately got the book. I have 2 kiddos and I work full time as a flight attendant. Packing food and working out on the road is always been a challenge. I consider myself to be very fit and I eat clean. I am 5'3 115 lbs. I have stubborn areas I can never seem to get rid of (mostly stomach and lower back) and thought that this plan might be just what I need. I was set on the classic fat flush but the smoothie shakedown intrigues me as well. I need this to be easy to pack for 3 days away from home. I also have been doing High interval intensity training atleast 5 days a week for 20-30 minutes and if taking a 2 week break would make this more sucessful I am willing to slow it down. Any input or suggestions on what plan may suit me best please?

I also work crazy hours with 2 am wake ups a couple times a week. My body shuts off and I am often constipated. I feel I could definitely benefit from magnesium. I am on a tight budget but I want to make sure I get everything I need. I plan on getting the fat flush kit, but what else do you feel is necessary for someone like me. Also, any brand suggestions on what to look for in magnesium, or psyllium husk caps. Is melatonin allowed? Can the veggie protein be used in the classic fat flush?
I can't wait to put in my order

Thankyou so much for your time!

Hi Shannon! I'm so excited that you've found you way to Fat Flush

Is your goal weight loss? Or just to melt fat around those problem areas? You can certainly to the Smoothie Shakedown for either goal, and it would probably be the easiest given your work schedule.

I highly recommend the magnesium (Uni Key has Magnesium 400, which is what I use). Take one or two before sleep to help you feel rested and wake up ready to 'move' lol. You're also welcome to take melatonin, and Ann Louise has formulated her own time release version that is very helpful.

Apart from those two, and the Fat Flush Kit, I might recommend Flora-Key, which is a probiotic powder that you can put in your smoothie. I say this because I used to get a cold every time I flew, but since I've been using it everyday, my immune system is like a rock And, to help with your cortisol, which must be at least a little off with all your flying and different time zones and varied schedules, you could try the Adrenal Formula. It has done amazing things for my energy, and my immune system too.

If you're going to be following the Smoothie Shakedown or Phase 1 of the classic plan, you should definitely take a break from the high intensity work outs. Light activity like walking, biking, yoga, stretching, and rebounding are all acceptable, but the harder stuff will just slow down your metabolism if you try to detox and cardio at the same time.

And yes, you can use the Body Protein during the classic plan as well It tends to keep us feeling satisfied for a bit longer than the Whey Protein, but in general, they are interchangeable in all the Fat Flush programs.

Best wishes to you! I hope this has helped you a bit, and with your great attitude you will definitely be successful! Take care

Oh thankyou so much for the feedback. I truly appreciate it! My goal is to melt fat in problem areas and detox. I am also looking forward to learning more about how my body responds to certain foods once I slowly add some back in. I have read good things about the detox kit and was wondering if I should add them in, but my funds are limited so I could use some advice on that as well.
    Thankyou again!

The Liver Lovin Formula in the FTDetox Kit is helpful for liver support but you are getting liver detox herbs in the Weight Loss Formula. The Super G-I Cleanse is a great way to detox the colon. It's a nice alternative to the LLC. Flora-Key is really helpful, as suerra suggested above.
So, it is your call if you want to get the Whole FT Detox Kit or just the Flora-Key right now.
