Default Introducing Myself Plus a Question or Two

Hello all. I am a mother of a very active 3 1/2 year old littl boy. I have done the FFP before and LOVED it. I lost inches and weight, but that was before I had my son. Now I am looking to shed some more weight and become healthier. I have a rebounder and am excited about that. I have already lost 33 pounds. But I had a very busy couple of days, and did not get all my water in. Now my left side side ofmy back hurts, like where my kidneys would be. Has anyone else felt this? And what are some things i can do for my kidnys to make sure they are alright before I make a Dr appoinment??

Hey Lady! A very warm welcome to you I hope that the back pain is just coincidental. I know it's easy to jump to conclusions, but it's actually fairly uncommon to have kidney trouble that would actually cause back pain. More common causes would be strained muscles, constipation, or referred detox muscle aches.

By all means, drink your full amount of water today, get some rest, and try taking some magnesium. It will help relieve constipation (if that is the underlying cause) and relax muscle cramps, and even reduce anxiety

Best wishes to you! I'm looking forward to keeping up with you
