You should definitely be doing a third serving of protein powder. Try doing your breakfast smoothie made with a cup of fruit, then for lunch have 2 eggs and a smoothie made with 1/2 cup fruit, eliminate the cottage cheese (no dairy on the SS), and have another smoothie made with a 1/2 cup of fruit along with your dinner. Hummus is made with either olive oil (traditional) or soybean oil (store bought) so you should either eliminate the hummus or use your two tablespoons of flax oil to make it yourself.
