Help!!! Stuck at same weight/gaining
Just wondering if I can get some help figuring out why I'm not losing weight. On Sun. Aug 26th, I was losing weight well, was at 128.4, doing the SS (on Day 12). Last Sunday, I weighed 125.2 and since then I have slowed started gaining weight back. I'm at 126.6 today.
I think part of the problem is that I continued the SS too long and I may not be eating enough. Here's what I ate yesterday:
hot lemon water
FF smoothie - breakfast
egg and FF smoothie - lunch
1/4 cup hummus cucumbers and red pepper slices - snack
ethopian lentil stew, 1/2 c cottage cheese- dinner....probably too many carbs with the hummus I had for a snack
cranberry water all day...
***3rd protein powder serving with cranberry water

You should definitely be doing a third serving of protein powder. Try doing your breakfast smoothie made with a cup of fruit, then for lunch have 2 eggs and a smoothie made with 1/2 cup fruit, eliminate the cottage cheese (no dairy on the SS), and have another smoothie made with a 1/2 cup of fruit along with your dinner. Hummus is made with either olive oil (traditional) or soybean oil (store bought) so you should either eliminate the hummus or use your two tablespoons of flax oil to make it yourself.
