Will Earthing help with weight loss?

Hello,

I have a lot of weight to lose. I have been doing Fat Flush off and on for about 4 years. Lately I don't even lose weight during Phase 1 or the Smoothie Shakedown. Will Earthing help? I work with computers and wireless networks at work and at home. Based on the test in 'Zapped', my life ranks at at least 20.

I am 58 - post menapausal for about 4 or 5 years. I did do two months of Pregnenolone and Progesterine cream. Also, I am taking Adrenal Formula (over a year), Thyroid medication (1 year), GLA-90, CLA-1000, Weight loss formula, Dieters Multiple vitamin, Liver Lovin Formula, Fish oil and Super GI Cleanse.

I am doing the smoothie shakedown again - started today.

Earthing would be a great addition to you already great regimen. One thought that occurred to me- are you eating enough? Too many P1s and SS too close together can stall weight loss.

Above and beyond that, you could keep a close food journal for a week and evaluate it based on the FF protocol. Over time off -plan items can find a way back into our diets and cause roadblocks, so this may help in that respect

Thank you for the response and the suggestion. I completed day two of the Smoothie Shakedown. I just came home from a massage and am very tired and have a bad case of brain fog. Going to be early.

Hey Peggy, Hope you're feeling better this mornin'. Why only two months of the creams? Did you not like what they were doing for you?

I am feeling much better today. I only did two months of the cream because it did not seem to make any difference either way.

Peggy, Yes, Earthing will help. However it sounds like you are very overloaded and may not make progress with your weight loss until you can reduce your load. There are been other people in your situation who have changed their exposure and did lose weight.

Thank you so much for your response. Please can you tell me what you mean by 'overloaded' and what I should do to reduce exposure? Is this in reference to my wireless, cell phone and computer dominated world?
