Hello,
I am new and grateful for this forum and I have a general question. I am wondering if there is somewhere in this forum where people are able to find someone local to them to connect with or if that is something that is frowned upon? Not that it is necessary but I was just wondering. Thanks

Great question!

While there is not a specific area to look for local buddies, you are most welcome to post your request. I would recommend posting it in the section that best matches what plan you are following. (Fat Flush, Fast Track, Smoothie Shakedown, etc.)

If you don't have luck finding someone local, there are always plenty of online buddies you can turn to for support. You might also try posting a request in one of the Challenge sections...hopefully you'll get a few bites.
