I just finished three days on the Hot Metabolism Booster. Lost 1.8 pounds the first day, but today, I gained 1 pound back and I followed it religiously. I still feel bloated and after doing it for three days, I am very disappointed. Any ideas??????

I'm not the expert, but I've been Fat Flushing for a few weeks now and I'm gonna venture that you just have to trust the process.
Our bodies take a bit to purge all those impurities and toxins and the scale/bloat will move. Just be patient and follow your plan.
After six weeks, I thought I'd pulled a muscle in my shoulder, but it was really a new round of toxic 'purge' building in my lymph!
My massage therapist worked through it and got things moving. I was surprised to realize that the continued flushing of fat means a continued flushing of all the toxins that have been stored in said fat. It's a process and sometimes it just takes a while.
Hang in there and focus on your new habits and wellness - not just the scale.

Eccodonald...3 days may be enough time to give your body a good jumpstart, but honestly it's not nearly long enough when it comes to changing your eating lifestyle. As lots of our members will tell you, there are multiple things that contribute to weight loss and weight gain and after only 3 days, you really cannot fairly evaluate the program's success.
Also I wanted to advise you to try to look at other markers besides the scale...do your clothes feel any looser, are you sleeping better? How is your energy level? Is your skin clearer? Any positive results you can see are terrific tributes to the fact that the program is working. Sure,we all want to see the scale go down, but for some of us (especially the slow losers like me), we have to find other ways to evaluate success.
I would advise you to consider transitioning into Classic Fat Flush Phase 1 so you can continue the detox process.
