I am new to this forum. Just finished reading "Before the Change" book. I started few days ago using with anticipation recommended zapper's, however one item in the publication "Rejuvex" a magnesium supplement with other Vit B's is discontinued according to the online source. What else would you recommend, that would strictly not only have magnesium? Then of course, magnesium without added calcium in it. Looking forward to hearing from others.
