Graduating to Fat Flush 1 this weekend
I have been on the SS for two weeks and lost a total of 8 pounds which is great for someone of my small frame (5'0, 136 puonds). So Sunday I start FF1. If I am correct I will be adding 1/2 cup of quinoa daily. Is that correct? I have just ordered my FF1 book from Amazon. But, you know us...gotta plan, plan, plan. Any other changes I should make as a transition to FF1?
my pants that "fit" before, now actually fit
Just put on a pair of black pants to wear out tonight. Prior to SS the pants "fit" but with a big muffin top splurging out above the waistline that I chose to ignore. Now they fit with ease and I can breathe. Aahhh....keep up the good slurping.
I'm not the expert, but I belief we don't get quinoa until FF3. FF1 is a detox 'get the body primed' journey.
Yea on the 8 pounds! Keep us posted.

Leafpeeper --- your best bet is to wait on any changes until you've had a chance to read and 'digest' the FF chapter on Phase 1. That's way you'll be sure to get started with your best foot forward. BTW, Wendy's right --- quinoa comes later in the journey
And after 2 weeks on SS, you'll want to move to P2 of FFP or SS succession. Congrats on losing your muffin
