Started Monday, weighing 210. Weighed myself today and already down to 205!!! Woo hoo!
I know it is water weight but, hey I'm ok with that. Haven't been able to shed the extra water I picked up traveling and my ankles would be swollen every night by the time I went to bed (traveled by airplane 10 days ago now!). My legs are feeling so much better!
Haven't felt too bad with detox symptoms, but my bf has them pretty bad. Tuesday morning he so wanted to stay in bed, but he's feeling better today and he has lost 5lbs as well! It's so nice to not have to cook 2 different meals or have to eat around the carbs that would be present if he wasn't doing it too. Bunco at my house last night went without a hitch. I just made stuff that I could eat and no one noticed the difference (and no one noticed I wasn't drinking the alcohol!). Feeling great and hope to feel even better soon!
Went for a short walk at lunch today and will start doing that from now on. I can definitly tell I don't have as much energy as before but that's ok with me. Figure I'll start doing the rebounding when I move over to the smoothie shakedown program after my parents leave from their visit Sept. 18 (they get here Sept. 2).

Wow....you are off to a great start! Kudos to you for handling bunco night so well.There are so many FF/FT friendly snacks that are as good (and often better) than the typical game night stuff. I bet it won't be long before your friends start asking you if they can have some of "that!"
