I have not been able to sleep the past few nights. Don't know why. I even drink my Natural Calm and that is not helping.
So, this morning, I was getting ready for work and took all my supplements and placed them in a small plastic container, to bring to work. That is when I noticed there were (4) Ultra H-3's in the pile of supplements. GAAAAHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!! No wonder why I am W-I-D-E awake at night! So, today, I scaled back to (2) tablets. What a dork I am! Not sure how that happened, but I must have been unconscience or in blind auto-pilot mode while filling my bi-weekly supplement box.

I'll be a busy week. I must stay on track. I am prepared today! Love munching on flax-chia crackers! So satisfying. Better than potato chips!

I also have noticed a nice feeling to my face after using Beau Cle' for a few weeks. I like the hydrating creme on my legs and arms. My face feels moist and not greasy-oliy.

    Everyone, have a great day!

    Morning Girlfriend!

You'll stay on track, cuz we're all with you doing the same thing.

I finally divided out my supplements for the next two weeks. So nice to just grab a baggie and have them ready vs opening all those containers

Tap Tap to a successful fat flushing day!

Tap-tap back at cha! I divide out the supplements. So much easier as you say to open all those bottles every morning. Sometimes I will even write on the lid the amouat I should take daily. So much easier for my aging brain!

I may have to go back to phase 1 for a few weeks. I got a yeast infection... so Y-C cleanse, here I come! Got a bottle, just never was dilligent to take it. So, Candida cleaning here I come along with FFP! I will cut out the fruit for a few weeks and just eat veggies and proteins. This may help me loose weight better.

The Tap Tap came from Kathryn - it's our new shorthand for toasting our fellow Fat Flushers with a glass of cranwater

    Thanks for asking.

Wendy - I just posted at note on Pao d'arco in Jai's thread. It's available at the health food stores and is great against the yeasties. Take like 4x the dose till you feel a change. Can even be used as a suppository on those nasty infections. I've been using it for over 15 years, and have not had a yeast infection since the initial cleanse (which was 3 day of diflucon and lots of pao d'arco and no whites).

Like the idea of writing on the lids...then I don't have to find my glasses to read the little tiny print.

Hi Made for More! tap tap to you too!

Wendya - I'll try the the Pao d'arco. I know ACV water helps too! (Apple Cider Vinegar) I just got to get some more. I ran out of lots of things. I need to clean out the frig before I put stuff in it. For now, I have some Monistat. Gotta use that up. I don't like to waste things...

Slept better the other night and last night I kept waking up... I guess subconsciously I was a bit nervous about the new job. It went OK, and it will take me a spell to get used to their "system" of doing things. I hope I sleep better tonight. I have been holding steady at the same weight. I am not complaining. At least I am NOT gaining! And that is a good thing.

Wendy - I write on the lids with a marker on how much to take daily. If the lid is black, I use a silver marker. It's so easy on the aging eyeballs!

Gotta go out and get more cranberry juice. I ran out a few days ago and pulled out a pound of c-berries and made up a batch. That is sooooooooo good compared to the bottled stuff. I only have (1) one pound bag left in the freezer. I'll be in cranberry heaven when they are in season! I buy up a bunch and sort thru them, pick out the bad ones and package the rest in 1-pound baggies. They keep for up to one year in the freezer. This year, I may try to make my own craisins (dried cranberries) without the added sugar. Just plain craisins.

Will post later! It's beautifully cool outside and I am so loving this cooler weather!

Chuggin' right along! Candida is making it known that it is dying! My skin is feeling itchy in places. Will get on the scale tomorrow to see what my losses are.

Last night I made MPM's recipe for Cranberry Brisket with Vegetable Sauce. O MY! This was excellent! I was not sure how the cranberry would taste with the brisket, but it was a refreshingly different taste! Had some leftovers and just a tasty! Now I got enough to package into servings for a later time! Thank you!

Ohh, love the thought of cranberry and beef. Yum. Gonna put that on the list. Be a nice change.

The pao d'arco is a lifesaver. Take anytime you have to be on an antibiotic, and as you're battling the candida. Really made a difference for me.

Just back from the swap meet. Love getting out and talking story with folks. Love it even more that folks are noticing my 'shrinking'. So good that this continues. Can't believe I'm into week 9 and still not feeling deprived! I honestly believe I can reach a 100 pound loss in the next two years.

Tap Tap. Drink up. So proud of you for stickin with our new lifestyle.

The scale gods are being ruthless with me! Well, that is my opinion.
The gain I had last week is gone - wooo hooo! But, not as low as it was 2 weeks ago.
But, at least down is DOWN!
Yesterday I thoroughly cleaned the bird room. This took most of the day moving furniture, vacuuming, dusting etc... The cages were cleaned, too. I clean the bottom of the cage daily. But weekly, I take the bottom pan out and the grille and clean and wash them. And anything else that needs a bit a scrubbing.

I just realized that I did not drink enough water yesterday. Not even c-water! GAAAASP! Forgot to take supplements and had 3 glasses of seltzer water and root beer stevia. That tasted really good!

I took some of my supplements, but not all of them! Forgot the FFP supplements. I can be such an airhead at times...

OK, self butt-kickin' here and let's do it right today and GET 'ER DONE! I read on another posting that taking the WLF (weight loss formula) after 3-ish in the afternoon could possibly be keeping me up at night. The past few nights I slept well. (forgot to take WLF ~ I see the connection here) So, I will take 2 in the morning an one after lunch. I don't see what ingredients could do that.

Today is a new day and... Onward!
Did 6 minutes of Chi machine and now finished my LLC without stevia.

TAP TAP to everyone! Hope your day is filled with sunshine! I know mine will be!

Yes, down is down and you are still a LOOSER.

We're in this for the long haul, so there is no reason to doubt that we will get where we are going to.
Doesn't matter how long the journey takes - just matters that we continue the journey.

On the days I don't get my liquids in and/or forget the supplements, I don't see change. Put a few of those days in a row and
the scale becomes frustrating. But it's only reflecting my decisions, so guess I better look in the mirror is I'm looking for an excuse

Tap Tap and a good day for you!
