    Default What's Shaking Everyone?

Thought it would be fun to post a thread on the weeks Challenges and wins!
    ie....
    1) I attended a function (Globalfest Fireworks) that in years past has related to eating all sorts of goodies...well this week I actually went, saved my daily coffee allottement, and treated myself to a wonderful aromatic cup of hot coffee (I know it wasn't organic BUT...) while everyone else was munching on popcorn and all sorts of ethnic delectables. I am very proud of myself for making this choice this week!
    2) I had some soon to expire veggies in the fridge so I whipped up a batch of AMAZING veggie soup that I have been utilizing for lunches! Talk about making lunch time easy!!!
    3) My night time cravings have been conquered by having a wonderfull fruit smoothy with FF Protien powder! YUMMY! I look forward to evenings now!
    4) I am down about 25 lbs
    How about all of you?!?!?!....

After a week of battling water gain from the anti depressants, I forgot to take them last night. Lost 1.2 pounds and woke up feeling so motivated to move through this week with success. I'm now down 10 whole pounds. Yea!

Gonna switch antidepressants. Next one has a side effect of 'weight loss'. That will be so much better than water retention!

Wow ladies! Love this thread It's so nice to reflect and take pride in your accomplishments! Wendya- I wonder if you would be able to reduce your antidepressants if you started taking Ultra H-3? Please read the testimonials here > http://www.unikeyhealth.com/product/...H-3/Anti-Aging . I've talked to hundreds of people who have been using it with great success

I'm happy to report that I was on vacation at my parents' house for 5 days, and i managed to not eat any bread at all! I've got my dad on the no-bread-train, and he's lost 10 pounds in about a month by making that single change! We happily ate our lettuce wraps together and enjoyed slow cooked ribs without a bun. It was a great vacation, and so rewarding to know that I've helped my dad make a positive change in his health and happiness!

    Hi Cheryl,
I'm HOPEFULLY starting the smoothie shakedown on friday if I get my product. Really have been encouraged by all the success that I have read in all the posting on the Forum. I really needa a kick start and I feel this should be a awesome program. I done a ton of reading and listing to and watching Ann's video's and I feel I have arrived at the right place. I normally do pretty good with my eating, but NOT RIGHT NOW. Been way off for about 6 months. Not gained much weight, maybe 5 to 7 pounds, but I really want to get back on track before IT COULD BE MORE. I love all the great support on here and just wanted to start with a group that is looking for a challenge.

So my committment for today will be to walk for 30 minutes, drink my cranberry water, and eat veggies, 2 fruit and healthy protein and fats.

Like I said waiting on my prducts, so hopefully I can hook up with a group for support and also support others along the way.

    Have a Blessed Day

    Hi Dac!

    Welcome to our Forum!

Kudos to you for deciding to do the Smoothie Shakedown! And good for you for taking the time to properly prepare your body and mind before starting your amazing journey! I encourage all my Personal Meal Planning and Food Coaching clients to do exactly the same, especially if their food choices prior to beginning the SS weren't the best. I promise, your body will thank you for it!

I don't think anyone has popped into this thread for a few weeks, but hopefully when others read your post, they will want to "shake it down" with you! I can tell you from personal experience that nothing has blasted off the weight and inches for me better than the SS along with all the phases of Fat Flush. Check out my Success Story on the SS website to find out how I did it!

I hope you'll post often so we can answer all your questions as well as offer our support!

    Happy Shakin!'
