Day one on the Smoothie Shakedown

I recently read the Fat Flush for Life, went on the website to order some products, and saw the bundle for the Smoothie Shakedown. I ordered the 1 month supply, received it yesterday, and started this morning. I'm new to all of this and hope it provides some real answers for me.
