    Robin,
Thanx for the great tips. I know whatever I do, I really just need to make it a habit.
Today is day 15, so 2 more weeks left. I feel good and time has flown.
Good luck on Phase 2, I'll be there with you in no time.

Congrats on Day 15! It's hard for me to believe that I'm in week 6 and it's like a lifestyle now. This is what I do and how I do it! Lovin it!
Twelve solid pounds gone and lots of inches. Really motivating and I'm getting a huge support group here and in real life. Never taken this journey in public before. I sure makes a difference.

Love the weather here. We grow veggies year round and our fruit is always fresh. Nothing like organic from the back yard!

    Keep up the good work!

    Hi Jai,
Sorry the last week has been a little crazy! So now you are on Day 18 more than half way there! I've been on Phase 2 all week and it is going pretty good. I still have a smoothie for breakfast, mostly because it is easy and I don't get hungry, and now that I've used all my Body Protein I'm using whey which tastes a little better.
Not sure if it was the Phase change or hormonal--probably mostly the later but I popped up 2lbs on day 2 of Phase 2--grrr. But I stuck it out and made sure I drank plenty of fluids and now I'm back down and finally below 200 YEAH!
I'll be glad to be back in school and settled into my new routine, not knowing what that will look like makes me a little nervous...I hope it isn't so intense that I have to fight for time to work out! Since at least 4 days a week I'll be on the road commuting for 2 hours a day, it's bound to get a little hectic, last year I let myself drown in school and nervous eating, it's so nice to be on track and ready to take control this year.
Thanks for being there Jai! I think of you when the challenges come and it helps me make it through!

I want to start a new thread on P2 and I'm trying to decide if I should go with the Journal section or Classic phase 2.....any thoughts?

    Morning RRK!
Congrats on seeing under 200! That number is a long way away for me. Happy Dance for you!
I thing the journal section only allows you to post. The Classic section allows folks to interact
with you. For me - it's fun to be able to cheer other on and answer/ask questions.

    Thanks for sharing!

    Hi Rebecca,

Wendy is correct about the Journal section...

You can start up a Phase 2 Challenge if you like:

    http://www.annlouiseforum.com/forumd...ush-Challenges

Just post a new thread about Phase 2...it doesn't have to be a formal challenge- just maybe a thread for people to report in how they are doing in Phase 2.

Or as Wendy said, you can also post a new P2 thread (or jump into an existing one) in the Classic FF support section.

    Have fun!

    Wendy and Linda,
Thanks for your input, I like the idea of a "supportive" challenge. I definitely want others to speak up!

I'm over in the challenge area with my journal/thread - the vibrant, healthy and strong.
I picked that corner because making fat flush a lifestyle is my personal challenge, and I thought it would be helpful to share the story of my journey. It's not just a new way to eat - it's a new way to 'BE'.

We'll find you wherever you go - and we'll all be on this journey together.

    Hey Robin,

Just checking in to see how you've been doing. Sorry I was MIA (no pun intended.) I've been very pleased with how I've been losing. Very pleased indeed.

    Mia
