I did not see artichoke hearts listed in the veggies/salad portion of the smoothie shakedown guide. Are they not allowed? Also I was surprised to see that strawberries are a bit restricted. Why is that?

Hi Leafpeeper,
You'll find Jerusalem Artichokes (I think they're called Sunchokes as well) on the list.
Strawberries aren't restricted other than to how many are in a serving.
