Hello everyone,
I started doing some of the plan a couple of months ago using the supplements and a morning smoothy cutting out the wheat and eating mostly protein and veggies and have done pretty well. I was down 20 pounds and 2 clothing sizes (16 to 14) but the last couple of weeks I seem to stay hungry, think about food constantly and crave sweets pretty badly. I have pretty much blown it the last couple of weeks and regained about 5 pounds. I find that I do pretty well during the day until about 3:00pm. I have ordered the cleanse hoping that will help I have been having issues with eliminating maybe this is some of the problem. Also I wanted to ask is it okay to do the fast detox kit and take Y-C Cleanse at the same time or should they be done seperately. Anyway I am a 49 year old mother of 3 boys 23, 21 and 15. I work full-time, go to school part-time getting my Associates in Business and homeschool my 15 year old son. I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's Syndrome about 8 years ago but my weight has always been a yo-yo and I have always been told my thyroid was border-line (whatever that means). I need to lose about 30 pounds but am happy with any weight decrease since every little ounce is a victory for me when it comes to losing weight. I have found that since I have cut out wheat and most bread and have been eating rice crackers and pasta (rarely) my weight has been slowing coming off and I have more energy etc. I have planned to start then changed my mind about trying to do the 2 week shakedown because since my metabolism is already so crazy I'm not sure if decreasing my food that drastically would put me into starvation mode and just waste my time. My body seems to do best when I just watch what I eat and exercise normally. The weight and inches are slowly coming off. Anyway any suggestions or input would be greatly appreciated. I would love to hear from others who have my condition and positive reactions to this program.

I am a firm believer that slow and steady weight loss is not only healthier for your body, but is more likely to be successful in the long run bc you really have to change your habits and lifestyle in order to accomplish it! Keep on truckin and Best Wishes!!
