    Default Introducing myself

    Hello everyone,

I started doing some of the plan a couple of months ago using the supplements and a morning smoothy cutting out the wheat and eating mostly protein and veggies and have done pretty well. I was down 20 pounds and 2 clothing sizes (16 to 14) but the last couple of weeks I seem to stay hungry, think about food constantly and crave sweets pretty badly. I have pretty much blown it the last couple of weeks and regained about 5 pounds. I find that I do pretty well during the day until about 3:00pm. I have ordered the cleanse hoping that will help I have been having issues with eliminating maybe this is some of the problem. Also I wanted to ask is it okay to do the fast detox kit and take Y-C Cleanse at the same time or should they be done seperately. Anyway I am a 49 year old mother of 3 boys 23, 21 and 15. I work full-time, go to school part-time getting my Associates in Business and homeschool my 15 year old son. I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's Syndrome about 8 years ago but my weight has always been a yo-yo and I have always been told my thyroid was border-line (whatever that means). I need to lose about 30 pounds but am happy with any weight decrease since every little ounce is a victory for me when it comes to losing weight. I have found that since I have cut out wheat and most bread and have been eating rice crackers and pasta (rarely) my weight has been slowing coming off and I have more energy etc. I have planned to start then changed my mind about trying to do the 2 week shakedown because since my metabolism is already so crazy I'm not sure if decreasing my food that drastically would put me into starvation mode and just waste my time. My body seems to do best when I just watch what I eat and exercise normally. The weight and inches are slowly coming off. Anyway any suggestions or input would be greatly appreciated. I would love to hear from others who have my condition and positive reactions to this program.

Awesome! That's a great way to get into the FF lifestyle!

3 p.m. cravings are a good indicator of adrenal fatigue. I would recommend using the Adrenal Formula at 7 am, 11 am, and 3 pm.

Also I wanted to ask is it okay to do the fast detox kit and take Y-C Cleanse at the same time or should they be done seperately.
Typically we recommend doing only one type of detox at a time, but so long as you're not starting the dietary protocol for the Fast Track Detox Diet at the same time, just using the supplements for it, you will be fine to do the Y-C Cleanse, Super GI Cleanse, Liver Lovin Formula, and Flora-Key all at the same time.

In addition to the Adrenal Formula, you might call Uni Key and inquire about the Thytrophin PMG for your thyroid.

It sounds like you're doing this the healthy way! Good for you I am a firm believer that slow and steady weight loss is not only healthier for your body, but is more likely to be successful in the long run bc you really have to change your habits and lifestyle in order to accomplish it! Keep on truckin and Best Wishes!!

    Hi Sue,

Had a question. If I decide to do the 2 week shakedown can I still take the detox kit Super GI Cleanse, Liver Lovin Formula, and Flora-Key all at the same time. I am thinking of doing the 2 week shakedown to get myself back on track but wanted to make sure I can still do the detox with this or do I just take the weight loss kit with the shakedown and then do the detox when I start the next phase. Let me know. Thanks for all the help and information. Pam

Hi Pam! Glad you are here! I'm doing the Shakedown, but my losses are sloooooow. But, I'm gonna stick with the program for another week then on to the Classic Fat Flushing! I wanna be a looser!

    Hi everyone!

My sister and I just finished Week 1 of classic Fat Flush.
We had a few mistakes since it was all new, but we still each lost 7 lbs.
I am about 70 lbs overweight and she is about 15 lbs overweight.
Its funny we lost the same amount!

It has been great having a constant support.

We have both noticed our legs and butts feel tighter and more toned in just a week.

The easiest part has been the delicious foods. We both love meats and veggies

The toughest part is giving up wine and coffee.

We are going to order the fat flush kit this week and do two more weeks of phase 1 since we had a few mess ups the first week.

I will let ya'll know if the kit helps with cravings and weight loss.

Excited to start week 2! (but can't wait til phase 2 when we can have ezekiel bread . . . yum!!)
