itchy red rash emerged-day one and two on FFP

Hi
I just started Phase one and am taking the FF supplements from the FF kit. I now have an itchy red rash on my torso on my rib area. I have done the FFP in the past and had no problems. This is the first time I am doing it with the Uni Key Fat Flush Kit. Could there be something in the formulas that could be the cause of the itchy rash? Have you ever heard of this happening to anyone else?? Thank you for your help!

There are a couple possibilities:
1- you could be experiencing a detox reaction. That is very common on this type of plan, as the toxins are released from fat cells and our amazing lymphatic system ushers them out of our bodies, but they don't always go easy! Skin rash/irritation is one of the most common reactions to this process.
2- you could be sensitive to something in the FFK. I would recommend isolating each supplement, ex:use only GLA-90 for the next two days, if no reaction, add the Dieters' Multi for the next two days, if no reaction add the Weight Loss Formula from there.

Detox reactions usually last for anywhere from 1-8 days, so if you are close to one week of having these symptoms, you may stick it out a day or two to see if they naturally go away? Do whatever you feel comfortable with

Hi Sue--thanks for your reply. I would think I would not have any detox reaction so quickly--I was only on one day-only took the supplements one day and the rash emerged. My guess it is something in one of the supplements that I am reacting to. If so--what ingredient in which supplement do you think it might be? Have you heard of any other people on the program with a similar reaction? It is mostly itchy with a faint red color on both sides of my body. Very weird. I will take your advice and try one supplement for 2 days and then add another. Will let you know how it goes......

Detox symptoms can occur on the first day so don't discount that possiblility.
Sue gave you great advice on eliminating, then reintroducing your supplements: Let us know how it goes, K?
