Okay~ I'm happy with my weight and using up the last week's worth of GNC Women's multi-vitamin (I'm cheap when it comes to expensive vitamins...). I still have the 3 bottles of multi-vitamins and supplements from the SS and would use them when I need a week of detox. Should I switch to the regular women's multi-vitamin Uni-Key offers? Unless I'm under a boat-load of stress I don't pack on weight. Should I combine the regular multi-vitamin with any other supplements? I usually take Flax Seed Oil supplements prior to SS as well as B complex, St John's Wort, and occasionally Echinacea & Goldenseal if I feel a cold bug coming on.
Please advise.
