Not sure and need some support
I did the FF plan about 5 years ago to lose the baby weight and it worked well but after awhile I couldn't stomach the cran-water anymore and I gave up.
I have gone from plan to plan and recently lost 12lbs on The Dukan Diet but have re-gained 5 while on the plan and it just stopped working for me. I loved that I could have unlimited FF millk and yogurt, sweeters and and coffee on the plan but I know that ultimately all the fake sweeteners and dairy is what is causing my gain and plateau.
I am so addicted to milk now and don't know if I can handle protein shakes without the creaminess. This is the only reason I am reluctant to start on the FF plan even though I know that it works and that it is the healthiest plan around.
Any suggestions to motivate me?
I don't know about the shakes, but my whey powder is creamy. Makes all the difference!
We've substituted really strong herbal mint tea (we put a handful of mint in the sun tea jar and let it brew)
for our daily 'other drink' and it's becoming addicting!
I miss my milk and yogurt, but not enough to not want to take the pounds off. i'll get them again - just not now.

Just go for it.
I like how you said you can have your dairy again, just not now. I'm going to try it. I suppose once I quit the dairy I will be fine.
