Default Tubal Ligations and their affect on perimenopause

Hello ladies! I am a newbie to post, I have been reading and purchasing from Unikey for about a year and have read books by Ann Louise since around 1994. I am now 44 with 3 kids later ranging in ages from 7 to 21 and now I find myself reading "Before the Change" and trying to figure out what the heck my body is doing!! LOL I turned 44 in April but by June I started feeling weird all over...lack of energy, feeling a bit dizzy at times and on some days even my legs feel like I am moving in slow motion due to my fear of fainting. I push myself to go to the gym, but honestly some days going to work (sitting all day) just wears me out!!
My question is regarding tubal ligations. I have not been able to find out if they play a part in all of this hormone havoc or not. I do know that ever since I had mine (2005) I was never the same. Of course now that I am getting older, I really am feeling up and down and bluesy and although I have played the yo yo dieting game, I have noticed during this year alone, I have had the hardest time ever to lose even 5 lbs, no matter what I do.
Just wondering if any one else has experienced any issues post tubal and/or if there is something I need to supplement with in order to get my energy levels and more importantly my mental state a lift..as I don't know who I am anymore...I want to laugh again.....any advice will be appreciated. Thanks girls!

This does effect individuals differently. Most important to having hormone balance, is having the energy to produce them. I rely on Adrenal Formula for this. Most people suffer from adrenal exhaustion. This can also make it hard to lose weight.

I really like Ultra H-3 to help with mood. It works on the cellular level to regenerate and it does help with mood balancing.

At some point you might also want to do a Salivary Hormone test to see what your levels actually are so that can be corrected. The results come with a letter from Ann Louise with recommendations.

Thank you so much Liz. I will order the salivary test, and hopefully I can get turned around. I do have a quick question regarding the test. I am currently taking pregnanolone...do I need to stop it prior to the test to get the most accurate numbers?
    Thanks again!

I too had post tubal ligation syndrome after having my tubes tied in 2004. At 41 last year I had the tubal reversal and all of my symptoms diappeared. Now I am returning to Fat Flush to help remove the weight I gained. Wish you all the best.

    Kathy,
Wow! I didn't even know that was possible. I knew I wasn't crazy and that there had to be others that have had similar experiences with the tubal, I just haven't been able to find any information about it, but I just know that since 2005 after the birth of my 3rd child that I have not been the same. Thanks for the info and I will check into the procedure, in the meantime I will have the salivary test done to see what I can do to help with some of the hormonal imbalances. Good luck to you on the Fat Flush also!

I think that is a great plan Lynn. At our age even with the reversal I think hormones are going to start changing on us again too I am thankful every month that I am not in pain anymore though and I have even returned to school to finish my degree, my sex drive returned and now I just have to be careful not to get pregnant There is a group on Facebook for PTLS and this is the doctor who I went to: http://www.tubal-reversal.net/post-t...FWIbQgods0wAlg

Clynn, I recommend giving yourself 24 hours off the the pregnenolone if you want results that are based on it's use, or about 2 weeks without it to get a baseline of what you are naturally producing!
