I just found the recipe for the flaxseed crackers and think it just might be my sanity-saver for P1, but I'm confused as to how many I can have in a day.
I know I can have 2T ground flaxseed to replace the LLC, and 6T more if I substitute those for my daily allowance of flaxseed oil. But then is that my limit? Or are flaxseeds unlimited? It seems like there are a lot of recipes made with them, so I wonder.
