    Cool Still reading the Book

Hello folks. I was kind of hoping there was a chat room in this site. It would be so helpful to have a place to pop into to chat live with others for encouragement and shared experience. I know there will be times when I will be really struggling to see it all through and chatting in real time with others is such a help. So... anyone else out there not yet started the flush but thinking seriously about doing it?

    Hi Doreen00,

I am planning on starting the Smoothie Shakedown Monday. Have my supplements and Protein mix, getting my veggies and proteins this weekend so it will be a go for Monday. I am going to do the 2 week plan since I want to lose about 40 pounds. I am hoping this will work for me. I have a thyroid and autoimmune issue so weight is really hard for me to drop so wish me luck. Whatever you decide to do I wish you luck with it.

    Doreen!

Let me be the first to welcome you and to say "hi"!!

No doubt you'll find that others are out there, but we tend not "to see" them or have them post anything since they only lurk! So, it's nice to see you!!

    Hi Doreen and Pam!!

Nice to have both of you with us!

Doreen... Although we don't have a live chat on the Forum, we do have lots of threads that are specifically targeted for all kinds of support. There's an ongoing general Fat Flush support thread called 12 Weeks to a New Me which you can jump in on at any time.

Pam... I have thyroid, autoimmune and metabolic syndrome issues and have had AMAZING success with Fat Flush as well as the Shakedown! Yes, the weight came off slowly, but it did come off and most important of all for me, it has STAYED OFF! Good luck on the Shakedown...hopefully you are going to love the results as much as I did!! If you want to read about my SS success, hop on over to their website (www.smoothieshakedown.com) and look up my "story!"

Hope to see both of you posting often so we can continue answering your questions and cheering you along the way!

    We'll be looking for you!!

I'm actually really nervous about starting this because I'm afraid i won't see it through. I think I'll need a lot of support...:

I will search the forum for the scaredy-squirrel thread

Hi Doreen, happy you are here. I have an auto immune disease too, psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis. Being post menopausal doesn't help matter either. But, I am starting the Smoothie Shakedown for a week, then, see where that takes me.
Do you know what program you will be doing?

    Aloha Doreen00!
Welcome to the land of FF! It seems scary at first, but I'm a newbie who is all of a sudden into week 5!
I am just doing the Classic FF plan. The detox in phase one is a challenge, but phase two has been just easy.
I eat really good food, I am not hungry, I have no cravings and my body has changed immensely with the loss of
    just 8 pounds!

The hardest part is just deciding to do this. Succeeding comes with the attitude that you can do this. You can! There are a lot of us on this journey and we'd love to have your company. I've a thread under Vibrant, Healthy & Strong in the Fat Flush Challenges...stop by and see all the ah-ha's I'm having as I make this a lifestyle.

    Go for it!
