    Default The Cranberry drink

I have tried the Fat Flush plan but am unable to drink the Long Life Cocktail because of it causing intense indigestion. Is this normal? I bought unsweetened cranberry concentrate and mixed 3 Tbs per 64ozs of water, plus 2 packets of Stevia. I really want to drink this for the cleansing affect, but can't handle the burning.

    Thank you.

    Hi Snojean,
We're glad you're here to share your question. While it's not common for someone to react to the cranwater, there have been other folks who have had similar responses. A good thing you can try is increasing the dilution of the cranberry juice by adding extra water. How much water will depend on your personal situation. You can experiment and see what amount of dilution will work for you.

Keep us posted and continue to ask your questions here on the Forum. We're glad you're here and look forward to seeing you often.

That was good advice Michelle. Besides adding more water, maybe try it without the stevia.

Most definitely WITHOUT the stevia. (It changes the pH of the beverage!)

But will it have the same effect with Stevia? I just started drinking it with Stevia.

Never mind I just saw the answer in the new changes to the program:
*Adding stevia to the cranwater is no longer allowed as it impacts the ph and cleansing properties.
