    Default Smoothie shakedown questions

    I did not see a forum for Smoothie Shakedowns, please correct me if I am wrong. This is what I *think* we allowed to eat on the Smoothie Shakedown. Please correct me.

    2 smoothies per day
    Fruit (not sure how much)
    1 scoop of body protein powder
    ice
    cranwater
    1 tsp omega 3 oil
    1 tbsp chia seeds


    2 hard boiled eggs as snacks
    lots of cranwater
    supplements

    1 low carb meal consisting of salad, vegies, no starches allowed. No oil allowed.
    no salad dressing
    lean protein (how many oz's)

    I hope you received the Smoothie Shakedown Guide with your FF Body Protein. That will give you all the answers. If not email liz@unikeyhealth.com and I will send you one. Also you can go on to smoothieshakedown.com for a complete On the Go guide.

    You don't want to exceed 2 fruit servings per day and each serving of protein is 4 oz., but there is so much more that is detailed in the information.

    I am a returning fat flusher and am trying to do it from memory. My order got a bit mixed up and the guide has not arrived. So my question is: what constitutes a fruit serving? My memory is that it is two cups of fruit per serving, but that seems like an awful lot.

    Also I want to buy a book for phase 1. Any suggestions? What I am most interested is in receipes.

    With most fruits, a serving size is 1/2 cup, but check the guide to be sure about the fruit you're considering.
