I did not see a forum for Smoothie Shakedowns, please correct me if I am wrong. This is what I *think* we allowed to eat on the Smoothie Shakedown. Please correct me.
2 smoothies per day
Fruit (not sure how much)
1 scoop of body protein powder
ice
cranwater
1 tsp omega 3 oil
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 hard boiled eggs as snacks
lots of cranwater
supplements
1 low carb meal consisting of salad, vegies, no starches allowed. No oil allowed.
no salad dressing
lean protein (how many oz's)
